Attendance

CMD's attendance tracking facilities are available from the Attendance Menu, and they allow you to track two different types of attendance:

Regular Attendance lets you track specific attendance for any or all names in your files for any number or type of attendance events and dates. See Enter Attendance dialog for more information. You can even use an inexpensive, handheld scanner to speed up the entry of attendance. See Using a Scanner to Mark Attendance for more information.

Visitor Attendance lets you track the total number of visitors who attend any of the attendance events and dates you specify. See Visitor Attendancedialog for more information.

The Attendance Menu also provides means to print forms for tracking and recording attendance.

Lists of attendees for any date or range of dates can be generated in Print Names in File, including an Attendance Grid. You may also get access to an individual's attendance record by clicking the Attendance button on the Enter/Modify/Delete Names dialog.
