Passwords are important to use with Contributions so that the privacy of your member's data is protected.

When users are created to use the CMD in User Administration, they are placed in one of several user groups. If the group has access privileges to contributions, your login to the main program also logs you in to contributions.

Log In and Log Out

We suggest that you log out of CMD if you are going to be leaving your CMD open on your computer while you are away from you desk. You can do this from the File Menu's Logout option, which will leave CMD running, but with the login dialog visible. CMD cannot be used while you are away unless someone enters a valid user name and password.
