Visitor Attendance dialog

 

The Visitor Attendance dialog, accessed by selecting the Visitor Attendance option on the Attendance Menu, allows you to store the number of visitors who attended any specific attendance event on any specific date. Further, you can specify an Affiliation if you wish.

When the Visitor Attendance dialog appears, it will display the events in date order for which you've saved visitor attendance.

To add a new visitor attendance record, click the + icon on the Navigator bar. This will open up new space on the grid on which you can enter the information.

Date: Click the small icon to the right edge of the date box to select the date from a pop-up calendar. Press Tab to move to the Attendance Event box.

Attendance Event: Click the small icon to the right edge of the event box to see the list of attendance events. If the even you wish to mark attendance is not listed, click the Edit Attendance Events List button to add it. Select the event from the menu, and then press TAB.

Affiliation: If you do not need to select an affiliation, just press TAB to move to the # of Visitors field.

# of Visitors: Enter as a numeric value the number of visitors present for this event.

If you need to enter more events, you can press TAB to open up a new grid entry. Otherwise, click on the check mark icon on the navigator bar to save it.

Filtering the List of Visitor Attendance Events

If you wish to view the list filtered by a specific attendance event, affiliation, dates, or any combination of these, select the values from the respective drop-down menus and date fields then click the Set Filters button. Only those visitor attendance records matching the filter(s) you specified will be displayed.

Click Clear Filters to display all records again.

Note that you can still add or delete attendance items while the list is filtered.

Press the Print Visitor Attendance button to get a printed list of visitor attendance.
