The Global Field Changes dialog, available when you click the Global Field Changes item on the Utilities Menu, allows you to set or clear 4 fields for every name in your file with a single command.

The fields you may set or clear include Include Family in Church Directory, Gets Newsletter, Regular Attender, and Include Individual in Directory.

Select the field you want to set or clear from the drop-down list, and then click either Check All (to set) or Uncheck All (to clear). Click the Make Changes button to make the desired change for every record in your data file.Note that this is a permanent change! The only way to undo this is to restore a previous backup. We strongly recommend that you make a backup before using a function on this dialog to protect yourself in case you decide later that you didn't want to do the operation you selected.
