If you need to restore data from a backup, click the Restore Data button.

This will bring up the dialog that will allow you to find your backup files for this version of CMD. To restore the data, click on the file name of the backup you wish to restore.

Just as the old adage with word working says "measure twice/cut once" you should make double sure that the file you are restoring goes with the file you current have open. If you don't, you will completely overwrite the file you have open with the data you are restoring.

If you inadvertently do this, the only rescue option you will have is if you have a backup of the file you just overwrote!
