To see how names are distributed in various zip codes, select the Zip Code Breakdown option on the Output Forms combo box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog.

The Sort Combo must be set to Zip/Postal Code when printing a Zip Code Breakdown or the totals it generates will be spurious.

When the list is printed, each zip code that appears at least once in the list will be printed, along with the total number of names who had the zip code. The report will be printed in columns if necessary.
