Statistics

To print a report showing statistics for various fields in the data file, select the Statistics item on the Output Forms combo box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog.

Since a statistics report is based on the list of names that you selected for your list, you can break down various people groups in your congregation and view how they are represented in a number of important areas including church offices, SS Class/Divisions, talents, and much more.

When you select this output form, you must select either Family Data or Individuals Data for the statistics report depending on the type of selection criteria you used.

For example, if you want to see statistics on church board members, then Individual Data would be most appropriate. However, if you wanted to see statistics on Families Marked for the Directory, the Family Data would be appropriate.

This is a subtle but important distinction. In the Families Marked for the Directory example, CMD cannot know which individuals in the family should be considered in that report, so it cannot then include statistics on such things as Birth Month, Membership Status, or Marital Status.
