Offices Reports

 

To print church offices or ministries reports, select the Offices, Name, & Phone item on the Output Forms combo box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog.

There are two reports you may select:

To print a list of names, addresses, and home phone along with all the church offices a person holds, click Offices, Name, Phone.

To print a "rap sheet" which details a person’s picture, address, phone, current offices, past offices, and ministry interests, click the Offices Rap Sheet option.

Note that the past offices and ministry interests may be defined on the Church Office Terms dialog.
