Menu Items Preference

The Menu Items option on the Preferences menu allow you to edit most of the CMD's menus or "pick lists," as they are sometimes called.

When you first select this option, the Menu Items dialog appears with the Membership Status pick list displayed. To select another menu for updating, click the Select Menu to Update button to see a list of all the choices you have.

Each of these menus can hold up to 300 choices, all of them user-definable. Though there are some defaults provided for you, you can safely remove any choices you won't need and replace them with new choices you want.

You can place them in any order, and you can move them around in order at any time since the program stores the actual menu choice itself.

Each of these menu items is limited to 30 characters, and you can insert or delete a line by highlighting the line where the insertion or deletion should occur and then clicking the appropriate button.
