Tools Menu > Interest File > Interest File Dialog > Materials Received (Interest File)

The Materials Received field on the Interest File dialog allows you to track any materials that you have provided to the person who is interested in your church. Typical choices for this field could be things like:

•Bible

•Bible Lessons

•Worship Music/CD's

•DVD's of worship services

•Children's Lessons

This field is designed to hold as many choices as needed about any individual. The drop-down list shows only the currently saved items for the person. To see the list of possible choices that you may select from, click the Select button just to the right of the field.

On the dialog that appears that allows you to select the items, note that you can alter the list of choices at any time to add or remove items, and you can drag and drop items on the Selections List at any time if the order of the items is important to you.
