Global Preferences

The Global Preferences dialog, accessed via a choice on CMD's Preferences Menu, allows you to access those preferences that affect all users using a given set of data in CMD. Note that you can set unique global preferences for each data file set you install. Just remember that each and every user who accesses a particular CMD data file will be impacted by each of the global preferences.

Any CMD user can make changes at any time to any global preference. The effect is immediate, and will be reflected on the screens of any other user of the software.
