Use the e-mail field to enter up to 40 characters for the e-mail address of a name.

If you wish to make the e-mail confidential so that it will not print in a church directory, check the Confidential field underneath the e-mail field. If you want to make the e-mail address available for group mailings within CMD, check the Group E-Mail check box.

CMD can address an e-mail with e-mails stored in your data file when you print labels or envelopes. See Address E-Mail if Available for more information. It can also create and e-mail list without printing labels or envelopes by using the Address an E-Mail Output Form on the Print Control Page of Print Names.

If you wish to send an e-mail from here, right-click in the e-mail field, select Select All, then select Copy to copy it, open your e-mail program and type Ctrl-V when the cursor is in the "To" field.
