Clerk Reports to Print

 

You may select which elements of the Clerk's Report you wish to print when you have selected either Basic Report or Abbreviated Report on the Clerk Print Control dialog's Output Form option.

Summary/Title Page. When selected, your report will include a formal title page listing your church's name, address, and summary information for the starting and ending dates you specified.

Incoming Report. This report contains the list of names who joined your church during the time period specified by the starting/ending dates.

Outgoing Report. Click this option if you wish to include a report of all the names who were removed from your church membership roster during the time period you specified.

Address Change Report. This option prints both the current and the old address for names stored in the Address Change File. You may wish to print this report once to make sure you wish to include all the entries in your final report. If you find names on this list you don't need to submit in a report, you can delete one or more of them by clicking the View Address Changes button on the Clerk Print Control dialog.
