Case Status (Print Names)

Use the Case Status combo box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog to alter the case of the information printed if you wish. This might be done occasionally to help readability in a report, or for mailings (the postal service seems to prefer all uppercase).

The options::

Print Info As Is is used for many lists that you use in-house. It's generally more readable than words in all uppercase.

Last Name in Upper Case might be used when you want the last name to stand out, especially when used in conjunction with the Invert Name check box.

Full Name in Upper Case will make the entire name stand out.

Name & Address in Upper Case prints all the name and address info in upper case. Generally, the postal service prefers all upper case for envelopes and postcards. While they won't demand it, they will appreciate it!
