This NAD Ministerial Directors Manual is a peer-written, living document to which new material can be added at any time.

 

If you have resources to share (books, training videos, program ideas) or would like to write an article to be included in our table of contents, please contact us with your ideas. We are also looking for multiple resources for various areas such as intern development programs, sabbaticals, how you handle retirement preparation, ways of handling pastor interviews when hiring, and ways of handling pastoral interviews at a local church for which they are being considered. Our desire is to have multiple models from which to choose. You can then choose the model that comes closest to your needs and either use it directly or modify it to better suit your local situation.
