Once you've defined a worship event, defined the groups who participate in worship, and have entered all the worship elements for a worship event, click the Print page of the Worship Planner dialog.

Output Forms

•Event Flow Sheet. This specialized form is a grid showing all the elements you defined for the selected worship service in the order that you set. This form shows the starting time the element should take place, who is doing it, what they are doing, where they are doing it, and all the sound, lighting, and stage notes you entered. This sheet can be a valuable help to those leading in the worship event.

In a future update, when you check the Personalize Flow Sheet check box, the program will print a separate sheet for each participant highlighting the places in the worship event in which they are involved. The Line Shading controls will have no effect until this feature is implemented.

•Personnel. This form prints a list of all names involved in the service including their home and work phone numbers, and a column that you can use to check off whether or not their participation has been confirmed and/or if they have been reminded of their responsibilities before the event. You can optionally include members of your praise or worship team or group members. Line shading is in effect for this form.

•Praise Team & Groups. These two output forms will be included in the next update.

Selecting the Event

Click on the worship event name and date that you wish to print. Events are presented in most recent order by date.
