Scan for Blank Accounts (Contrib)

 

If you suspect that there is a blank recorded in an account field in a contributions record, use the Scan for Blank Accounts item on the Contribution's Utilities Menu.

You contributions files will be scanned when you select this item, and if any names appear on the list, print the list using the button provided. Then check the contributions data for the dates shown for each name on the list on the Enter/Modify/Delete Contributions dialog and place an account in the account field.
