Print Return Address on Envelopes

To print only the return address on envelopes, click the Print Return Address on Envelopes item on the Utilities Menu.

The Print Return Address on Envelopes dialog allows you to select any of the return addresses you’ve defined in General Preferences. Select the specific return address you’d like to print from the drop-down combo box. Or, click the Add/Edit Return Address button to enter or edit a return address.

Next, enter the number of envelopes you’d like to print. If you need to check on the way envelopes are defined, click the Envelope Preferences button to make sure.Click the Print Envelopes button when you are ready to print.

Note that because the printing process in CMD happens so fast, there is no abort button provided. If you need to stop the printing, you’ll need to open Windows Print (the icon for Windows printing usually shows up in your Windows System Tray in the lower right corner of your Windows Task Bar) and cancel the printing from there.
