Print archive information

 

To print information in the archive file, click the Archive File option on the Clerk Menu. The dialog which appears provides a tab page to browse/update, and one to print archive information.

Most of the controls on this tab page are familiar, but a few merit notice:

Selection: This control allows you to determine which groups of names are printed. You may elect to print all the names, or you may narrow the list to names who were archived for a specific reason (such as death, transfer, etc). The choices you have are the ones you have listed in the Archive Leave Reason menu.

Output Form: Your choices include a basic report, full information, statistics, and a mail-merge output form.

Start/End Dates: You must specify starting and ending dates for the report.
