The Occupation field gives you up to 30 characters to enter the vocation of names you enter into your file. If a person is retired, check the Retired box immediately to the right of the Occupation field. This designation allows you to distinguish between currently active and retired individuals when printing a list of occupations in Print Names.

The Occupation field is a history list field. Here are some examples:

 Doctor

 Physical Therapy

 Pastor

 Student
