Support for Paid Version Users

After your purchase, you may contact us for support as needed. You may call, write, fax, or e-mail us at info@softwareforministry.com.

Since we are in full-time ministry ourselves, we prefer that you use e-mail whenever possible. If we are unable to take your call, leave a voice mail message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We will return calls to US/Canadian users, but cannot return international calls. We do not accept any collect calls.

When you call, please call between the hours of 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. Central time. We do not take calls on Tuesday mornings, Saturday or Sunday.

Priority in support goes to those who maintain the current version of our software (see update plan information below). However, we will make a good-faith effort to provide help for users of any version of our software when possible. Note that we do not accept responsibility to fix bugs found in prior model year versions of our software. We will only provide fixes for the current version should a bug be discovered.

Software Update Plans

Generally we update our software 2 to 4 times per year because our software is in a constant state of improvement and enhancement, and we want you to be able to use any new features right away instead of forcing you to wait until the next year’s version comes out. Our update plans (see prices below) allow you to get the newest features we develop whenever they are ready.

Each February 1 begins a new model year for our software. Users who update to the new model year will get the new model year’s first update on a CD sometime in mid February. After that, current model year users will get any and all updates and improvements developed during that model year for no additional charge.

Our update plans come in three flavors:

CD-Based Updates: $139.95. This plan entitles you to receive any and all updates for the current model year on a new CD each time. This price is for US/Canadian users. International users on this plan are subject to premiums to compensate for higher shipping costs.

CD/Web-based Updates: $99.95. This plan gets you the first update of the new model year on a CD, and you download program patches from our web site for subsequent updates.

Web-Based Updates: $89.95. This plan entitles you to download the original model year update from our web site, and also download program patches for subsequent updates.

Note: All prices quoted are always in US dollars. Though we have only had one small price increase in the last 7 years, these prices and update plan details are subject to change without notice.
