Pre-ordination-commissioning/Intern Development Models/Practices

As evidenced by the reality that the practice of internship development varies from conference-to-conference, there is no one right way to do it. Each conference has perceived unique needs, so each one will tailor a process to address those needs. If you conference does not currently have a formal intern development or pre-ordination/commissioning process, it may be worth exploring some models that are currently in use by other conferences from around the NAD. Following is a collection of models/practices that are or have been in use. Adapt and/or modify one of these if it's helpful.
