Browse Pictures dialog

When the Browse Picture dialog appears, you will see a list of all the pictures that have been placed in this folder:

 C:\CMD-SFM\WebApps\Pictures

While this might seem like an unusual folder for the pictures to be placed in, it is necessary because of the security the phone apps impose. You must place them here even if you do not use the phone apps.

Selecting a Picture

To find a picture, scroll through the list of pictures until you find the one you want. As you scroll through the list, the pictures will be displayed in the window to the right of the list.

Navigate until you find the picture you wish to use for the currently active family or individual and click on it. When it's the one you want, click the Select Picture button.

This will bring you back to whatever dialog you were in before calling up the Browse Pictures dialog.

Picture Specifications

In order for CMD to display and print the pictures in correct size and proportion, you will need to adhere to the specifications we provide for pictures. While this may seem a bit arbitrary, the goal here is for your pictures to look uniform when you print a directory. This presents a more ascetically pleasing directory.

Click Picture Specifications if you need more information.
